At least two weeks before registration opens each term, check that you can log into Athena. For help, contact caring.mcll@gmail.com and someone will get back to you.

You forgot your Athena Username or Password
Logging into Athena is required to register for MCLL study groups and lectures.
​​
You don't yet have an Athena Username and Password
You must create a new Athena account.
​​​​
Registration in study groups is limited to 20 weeks, e.g. two 10-week study groups, one 10-week study group plus two 5-week study groups. A week before classes start, an email will list which study groups still have spaces available. At that time you may add as many other study groups as you like.

Wait List
If you are notified a space has opened up, you have 24 hours to accept it. Log into your Athena account and click My Registration History. On the Wait Listed tab click to accept the place.

How to Redirect Your McGill Email to Another Email Address
As an MCLL member you have a McGill email address. Email sent there also goes to the email in your Athena profile. Follow the steps to redirect McGill email to another email address.

Print the PDF, where you can write down the usernames and passwords you have created for McGill services, and keep it handy.
